The "Defects Docs" app for Android phonesAvailable on Google Play, for raising and following up site defects in the field: photos straight from the device camera, instant notifications, and it keeps working in areas with no signal.
Site photos on any document typeProject administrators can add a photo field to any document type, setting a minimum and maximum number of photos, caption and area boxes, camera-only capture, and embedding the date, time and location on each photo. Attached photos appear on the document page, on the printed form, and in ZIP downloads (which now also include Daily Report photos, previously missing from the ZIP).
Photos with an embedded time and location stampPhotos taken through the system can carry the date, time and coordinates printed onto the image itself, so the information stays with the photo even after it leaves the system. Coordinates open on a map, and a camera button has been added to comments and replies.

Digital signing on PDF documentsReviewers can annotate and mark up files submitted by contractors, apply their own signature, and save the result as a signed document that is forwarded to the next stage. Signed documents carry a digital seal and a QR code for verifying authenticity and confirming that the document has not been altered. Multiple signatures may be stored per user and selected at the time of signing.
Role-based dashboardUsers can arrange the information cards on the home page to suit their work. The dashboard presents documents awaiting action, a contractor overview, and a daily summary of document status generated by the AI assistant, in both Thai and English.
Approving multiple documents at onceUsers can review and approve documents consecutively within a single screen, specifying carbon-copy recipients, urgency, due dates, and the receiving company per document, or approve individual items quickly from the pending-tasks list.

AUTODOCS has been rebuilt from the ground upfaster, easier to use, and more reliable — while keeping the same workflows and document numbers you already know. It takes effect on 1 July 2026 and applies to projects that start on or after that date.
All of your existing data has been moved overdocuments, signatures, attachments, images, and user accounts (your old password still works).
Sign in with Google, and reset your own passwordSign in with your Google account (for invited project members), plus a forgot-password reset so you can set a new one yourself.
